Good, clean, quiet and convenient place for Maitland - Singleton area. Stayed here on business before and came back as it's good value with quality rooms

No hot water for shower or vanity, attendance in office according to sign from 6:00 am Not to be seen before 6:50 am. But this did not happened to be important for the staff .or management. The managers attitude seems to be matching the lousy conditions. Bulling customers for a complaint seems to work for this twit as he stated on the phone. Good introduction for the Hunter region. Pricing and what you get for it is miles apart. I will never go near Best Western again.
